The three archives "Predictors", "Uploaders" and "Scorers" contain the three-dimensional (PDB) coordinates of all respective models in the CAPRI v2022 scoreset. They also contain a text file with a model assessment classification as well as all computed assessment quantities in comma-separated format (with header).

The "Target" archive contains the three-dimensional coordinates of the targets themselves, as well as all target and interface information, and all computed assessment quantities in JSON and XML format.

The "Info" archive contains a single XML and JSON file with target information of all targets. You can download these files also directly.

The web site is created from the XML file(s).
